Service description

Untapped is intended to help authorized business users review potentially relevant records from selected federal and NYC public sources in a configured service area. Source availability, record quality, freshness, location evidence, and customer settings affect what can be shown.

User responsibility

Users must independently review the original public record, eligibility rules, dates, specifications, contacts, and submission requirements before acting. Users remain responsible for bids, outreach, compliance, licensing, estimates, and business decisions.

Data limitations

Public records can be incomplete, delayed, revised, duplicated, withdrawn, or wrong. A match, score, label, summary, or notification is decision support, not verification of eligibility, availability, award likelihood, revenue, or outcome. Missing facts should remain unavailable rather than be inferred as source facts.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, bypass limits, misrepresent public records, violate source terms, or use the service for unlawful activity. Final acceptable-use, suspension, and enforcement language requires legal approval.

Accounts and access

Future access may be invite-only and limited to approved users within a customer account. Users are responsible for account security and must report suspected compromise through the approved support channel once published.

Fees and commercial terms

Any future paid order must present the approved price, taxes, billing interval, trial terms, renewal behavior, cancellation method, service period, and refund policy before checkout. No paid term becomes active from this draft.

Ownership and source rights

Public-source records remain subject to their source terms and applicable law. Untapped may own its branding, software, selection, configuration, and presentation. Final intellectual-property, feedback, and license language requires legal review.

Disclaimers, liability, and disputes

Warranty disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity, governing law, dispute process, notice method, and venue are intentionally not finalized here. The owner and external counsel must approve language appropriate to the operating entity and jurisdictions before use.

Approval checklist

• Owner approves entity name, support channel, plan price, trial, billing, cancellation, refund, and service commitments.
• External counsel approves disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law, dispute, source-rights, and acceptable-use terms.
• Engineering verifies checkout, entitlement, cancellation, and support behavior matches the approved text.
• Warden approves the final page before payment or public launch.
